The 8 Pieces of Brocade (Ba Duan Jin)
This set of eight exercises is one of the most famous and widely practiced forms of Qi Gong. It’s designed to enhance the flow of Qi, strengthen the body, and promote overall health. Inspired by the movements and spirit of five animals—the tiger, deer, bear, monkey, and crane—this dynamic set of exercises helps to invigorate the body, improve flexibility, and harmonize the mind and spirit. The 5 Animals style is both playful and powerful, offering a unique way to connect with the natural world and your own inner energy.
